Ness rises as heavy rains fall

Heavy rains may not have affected Inverness as badly as some other parts of Scotland this week-end, but they have certainly pushed up the level of the River Ness. And lots of standing water can be seen around the city. It remains to be seen whether levels continue to rise and force the closure of the popular walks through the Ness Islands.
