Angler Kevin Macdonald banked another 2 grilse today from the Weir Pool, Kevin went on to say "2 grilse first about 5lb and the second about 7lb caught at tail end of Weir pool on size 8 purple cascade, both using floating line with ten-foot fast sink tip and both returned safely".

Fast Sink tips seem to be getting results at the moment, just enough to cut through the fast-flowing Ness and get down a little bit to the fish.
