Change to opening day first cast

There will be a slight change to the first cast on opening day due to the Fisheries Minister having to pull out last minute - The honour will now go to veteran angler Sandy Patterson.

Sandy is a well-known and well-respected member of the IAC, it will be his 80th Birthday year so an extra special season for him. What better way to start an 80th birthday season than to open his favourite River.
